Rapid Fishing Sunglasses

Description

The interchangeable lenses allow anglers to change their glasses to suit different light conditions. Most fishing eye-wear only have one lense.

Thanks to Rapid Eye-wear, you can now buy one pair that will do the whole job – and, you get the light-enhancing lenses too, for dull days or early morning / night fishing, plus a superb carry case and head securing strap.

FRAMES

All our frames are made from a tough yet lightweight poly-carbonate, the high quality hand-sprayed frames have a slight flex that allows for an ultra-comfortable yet snug fit. Unlike cheaper plastic sunglasses, the frames do not feel like they are pinching your temples and will not become uncomfortable when worn for long periods. Rubber side arm inserts and nose pads further enhance comfort levels.

CATCH or FUSION

Three sets of poly-carbonate lenses are supplied as standard, these being:

Category 0, for dull days or early morning / night fishing

Category 2, beige polarised for fairly bright days

Category 3, grey polarised mirror, for use on sunny days.

They are decentred for optimum calibration and anti-scratch coated.

GROOVE

Three sets of lenses are supplied as standard. They are as follows:

Category 0 yellow, for use in low light. An AR coating on the rear surface reduces glare at night

Category 2, beige polarised, for use in changeable, hazy of mild sunshine conditions

Category 3 grey mirror polarised, for sunny conditions.

PRO PRESCRIPTION

For the spectacle wearer these sunglasses enjoy all the benefits described above. Our prescription sunglasses for fishing are built around a matt-black finished frame that has a prescription Rx clip housed in the back, whilst the tinted, interchangeable lenses sit on the front. This two-part arrangement allows for great versatility and performance, without compromising on the stylish look. The wrap-around frame blocks unwanted wind and light encroaching from the sides and bottom of your vision.

EDGE BLUE

Rapid Eye-wear’s Edge sunglasses for sport have innovative side arms that can be rotated up and down on a ratchet system, to ensure a perfect fit on your head.

Three sets of UV400 interchangeable lenses are supplied, as follows:

Category 0, for use in low light conditions. An AR coating on the rear removes glare from street lamps etc., making them ideal for night driving

Category 2, beige, polarised. A good all-round lens for changeable or hazy conditions*

Category 3, blue Frostech with a flash mirror coating

They are decentred, and have anti-scratch coatings applied.
