Shipping Policy
Piscari-fly ships worldwide from Kilkenny, Ireland (European Union) using Standard or Registered Mail or Courier Service. You choose. Products are safely packed and shipped in a padded envelope. Boxes are used where necessary. If you choose to use Standard Post we cannot guarantee when or if you receive the package. In order for guaranteed delivery you must choose Registered Mail or Shipping by courier is also available from us. Price of shipment by courier will depend on location, size and weight of the package.
Shipment processing time
All orders placed are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends or holidays or working days. National Shipping (within Ireland).

- If your item is lost or delayed under this shipping method we will not replace your item. This is standard post and is not tracked or insured.

United Sates and Canada 5 to 15 business days - It can take a bit longer for the parcel to reach Australia, Japan, Dubai etc.
- UK, US, or international (Non-EU) orders – Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination of country. Piscari- Fly is not accountable for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. If you decide to reject the package for this reason we cannot offer a refund.
- Please Note: If we have high volumes of fly orders in place we will be in contact to notify you of the earliest shipment date by means of telephone or email. As all fly orders are hand tied it may take up to 10 working days to have your fly order tied and processed before delivery. But we endeavour to get this out to you as soon as possible.
How to check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from Piscari-Fly, which will include a tracking number (If you paid for registered postage or courier), which you can use to check its status. Or you can login into your account on our website and view your order and its status from there. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available to you.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at piscarifly@gmail.com with your full name and order number and will enquire into your order for you.
Delayed Shipments
Due to Brexit there are customs clearance delays occurring with shipments being sent to the UK. This is out of our control, so deliveries may take a few days longer than normal. If your shipment is delayed we will do our utmost to ensure it arrives. While your package is in transit we cannot offer a refund until your package arrives to you or is returned to us by the courier or by post. We must receive the returned goods before a refund can be issued.
