At Piscari-Fly we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your products. Goods for return or exchange must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply send returns back to us at the address below via a secure An Post Office service. (An Post Tracked recommended). Upon receipt of the goods we will, send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned based on conditions listed below.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from our online store, you can return your item(s) as follows:
1). Items purchased online must be returned to our business address within 14 days of purchase.
2). You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
3). Items must be unused.
4). Only regular priced items may be accepted for refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
5). Some Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
6). We don’t refund shipping expenses and you could be liable for 15% restocking charges.
Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words;
1). The tags have not been removed
2). The garment or tackle item has not been used, worn or damaged
3). The item is returned in its original packaging undamaged.
We will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 30days, and you will see the credit on your card after approximately 3 or 4 working days. Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system (some banking institutes, can take up to 10 working days). A refund will show on your card under the name Piscari-Fly-Peter Driver.
Where Faulty or Damaged goods are received please contact the store on 0879787040 selecting within 30 Days of receipt; or email piscarifly@gmail.com.
All items that are dirty and/or wet will be returned un-repaired at your cost, before even being evaluated by us for refund. So please make sure items are clean, dry and packaged well
